Former Jaws: The Ride Skipper Back At The Helm...From Home

Lots of us are currently working from home, staying home and staying safe during the Coronavirus outbreak. One of those is Michael Aiello, a former skipper of Jaws: The Ride at Universal Orlando before it shut its jaws...we mean doors for the final time in 2012.

Wearing a rather fetching shark shirt - Mayor Vaughn would be proud - Michael stepped back into his skipper persona to take us on an Amity Boat Tour from the comfort of his own room, showing us that it's not just Hooper that drives the boat.

Michael, a follower of The Daily Jaws, is perhaps best known for being behind Universal's Halloween Horror Nights for many years, and is now the Senior Director – Creative – Live Entertainment at Universal Creative.

All which means he is working on Universal’s Epic Universe theme park, hopefully he can put a good word for the Return Of Jaws: The Ride.

Of course, there is still one place in the world where you can still see step aboard Jaws: The Ride and that is at Universal Studios Japan
