Florida Fin Haul Worth Almost $1 million

A sickening haul of 1,400 pounds of shark fins was recently seized in Miami, Florida. Destination, Asia, and a bowl of shark fin soup.

This shocking discovery turns out to be one of the largest illegal shark fin seizures ever, which is good news, just not good news for those sharks that perished having their fin hacked off for a Chinese delicacy, which has no medicinal benefits whatsoever.
