A Special Message From Carl Gottlieb

Back in September, we broke the news that Jaws screenwriter Carl Gottlieb had suffered a heart attack and was recovering at a hospital near his home in Los Angeles. We are very pleased to be able to confirm that Carl has been discharged, is home doing well and he has a special message for you.

“I am safely home and still rehabilitating, but otherwise happy to be in my residence once again, sleeping in my own bed, eating in my own kitchen, and enjoying my comfy leather recliner and little cat companion.

Cardiac issues resolved, some mobility challenges still require attention & care. Your thoughts and prayers and best wishes seem to have accomplished a great deal! Thanks to all.”
