KISS To Perform Concert For Great White Sharks
Radar, sonar, rock bands in make-up. That’s right, one of the great super groups of rock ‘n’ roll is set to sing to great white sharks, as well as eight fans, in Australia.
Mayor Vaughn had offered them Cable Junction as a concert venue, but they politely declined the offer.
The fans - and fins - will be underwater, there’ll be no crowd surfing from the fans though, as they will be separated from the sharks in a small submarine.
They’ll hear the songs through underwater speakers, sharks are attracted to low frequencies and so they’re attracted to rock ‘n’ roll. It’s certainly got to be more tuneful that Chief Brody whacking a great big electricity cable with a small oar, but the principal is the same.
Perhaps Bruce was attracted back to the Orca by the raucous singing of ‘Show me the way to go home’ by Quint, Hooper and Brody. Who knows, maybe Kiss will do that as a short encore?
