Jaws More: NECA Releases Quint And Shark Figure
NECA Toys are already set to deliver the most screen accurate Quint early this year and it was also confirmed that we'll have a - to scale - great white shark to match.
Sadly, the Chief Brody figure is no longer happening. Read more about the Quint and shark figures here: https://thedailyjaws.com/news/2021/1/21/neca-quint-jaws-action-figure-2021
But now, rising from the depths, NECA - originally teasing on their Twitter page with a homage to the Roger Kastel poster - have shown us their new Jaws figure set, this time from their Toony Terrors range.
It's Quint and a size appropriate Great White Shark, well the top portion of it anyway - it may dissapoint some that it isn't the head, the tail, the whole damned thing.
Sizes aren't available, and there is nothing in the foreground to give it any scale, but judging by the detail on Quint's shirt it probably isn't that large in size. And are they skinny jeans he is wearing?
Going by first glance, that almost bow-legged stance isn't screen accurate, which may also be irksome to a few. No doubt there will still be plenty happy to part with their summer dollars for it.
This large predator that supposedly injured some bathers, and Quint, are set to be released this summer
