Universal Studios Hollywood Reopening Date Confirmed

Doors are reopening to visitors for Jaws and company over at Universal Studios Hollywood from 16 April.

For the time being that will just be opening to residents of California, which makes complete sense with Covid restrictions still in place.

It will mean that those getting tickets will be able to line up to be a hot lunch and catch Jaws on the iconic Studio Tour, alongside the like of King Kong and a wave from Mrs Bates.

There's also new attractions,

“The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash” and “Jurassic World – The Ride”’s spectacularly realistic new dinosaur, Indominus rex.

The park will be open, and people will be having a wonderful time, but that will of course mean some restrictions.

The Universal Studios website says:

While most rides will be operational, some rides, attractions and shows will reopen at a later date as the theme park complies with government restrictions. Universal Studios Hollywood continues to work in partnership with health and government officials to implement new health and safety procedures that include physical distancing, required face coverings, and significant limits on in-park capacity.
