Ian Shaw, the son of Jaws legend Robert Shaw, and his uncanny portrayal of his dad, as Quint, has arguably been the most exciting thing to happen in the world of Jawsdom in the last few years.
His delivery is spot on; it has to be seen to be believed. And, boy, do lots who have seen it believe. We were fortunate enough to have Ian record us an exclusive message for Jaws fans ahead of his appearance in The Shark Is Broken in Brighton and Edinburgh, back in 2019.
Covid stopped it heading to the West End in 2020, but we hope Ian and the crew of Orca will be sailing back to it sometime soon.
