THE SHARK IS BROKEN EMBARKS ON FINAL SHOWS OF 2021

The Christmas break is over and the cast crew of The Shark Is Broken is back on board the Orca for its final voyages of 2021.

But fear not, the show will be back for a limited extended run until February 13, 2022.

It's been quite a year for the show - written by Ian Shaw and Joseph Nixon - that has seen it gain some fantastic plaudits, from both public and critics alike: THE SHARK IS BROKEN: WEST END SHOW ME THE WAY TO GO HOME

It has even been named as one of the shows of the year by the Evening Standard: JAWS PLAY THE SHARK IS BROKEN NAMED BEST THEATRE 2021

It stars Ian Shaw, playing his dad Robert Shaw, Demetri Goritsas as Roy Scheider and Liam Murray Scott as Richard Dreyfuss. The threesome look and sound the spits of the actors, all dressed as Quint, Brody and Hooper.

Essentially it is like being an extra crew member on the Orca during the production of Steven Spielberg's Jaws, whilst it was bing filmed in Martha's Vineyard in 1974.

The cast and crew have appeared on everything from This Morning on ITV, BBC Breakfast and even on a podcast hosted by film critic, and The Daily Jaws follower, Alex Zane.

It's even been causing waves across the pond (Michael wasn't in it at the time) with mentions in the New York Times and even on US TV.

And The Daily Jaws also caught up with the cast and crew during its press day at The Ambassadors Theatre: THE SHARK IS BROKEN CAST AND CREW INTERVIEWS

Ian, Liam and Demetri are now looking forward to new and returning audiences alike until February 13th. You can buy tickets here: thesharkisbroken.com
