LEGO JAWS ORCA AND SHARK COULD BE SWIMMING OUR WAY

This was not a brick accident! After getting 10, 000 votes, a Jaws Lego set, based on the classic 1975 Steven Spielberg film, could now become a reality.

For that, you could get the head, the tail, the whole damn Jaws experience in Lego bricks.

That means we could one day be building Lego forms of Chief Brody, Quint, Hooper, the shark and Orca with our city hands.

Diving Faces, who put together the astonishingly detailed Jaws set and submission, explained why they created the set on the products idea page.

They wrote: I built this model because Jaws is my favourite film ever. I have a great passion for both Lego and this movie and I wanted to create my own Jaws set.

I spent quite a long time perfecting my build to ensure I could capture every single detail at mini-figure scale...I re-watched it several times over to ensure I could capture every detail as accurately as possible.

I think this would make a great Lego set as Jaws is such an iconic movie with so many fans worldwide. As a big Lego fan, this is the sort of Lego set that I would want to buy and I think the same could be said for the many other fans of Lego (and Jaws) out there.

Don't go running to the beach to celebrate just yet though, as the proposed set now has to go to a review stage.

Jaws now joins 22 other LEGO Ideas projects in the second 2021 review stage, which includes a Spaceballs, Knight Rider and Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine set.

Here's hoping that the Jaws set will be leaving Lego dock sometime soon.
