Since being founded in 2011, Letterboxd has become one of our favorite online movie platforms. I’ve spent hours cataloging, ranking and rating my favorite movies. Beyond their platform, Letterboxd invite industry people to speak about their work and inspirations, inclusing a quickfire style q&a called ‘Four Favorites’ where the interviewee is asked to name their four favorite movies. William Shatner OC, born on March 22, 1931, is a distinguished Canadian actor. Across a remarkable seven-decade career, he is celebrated for his iconic depiction of James T. Kirk within the Star Trek universe. Shatner's journey as the captain of the starship Enterprise began with the 1966 debut in the second pilot of the inaugural Star Trek television series and concluded with his portrayal in the seventh Star Trek feature film, "Star Trek Generations" (1994).
