THAT Bernie Sanders pic has been and appeared everywhere, in every possible scenario from the Friends sofa to popping up in the Star Wars universe, Game of Thrones, Sex and the City and everything else in between.

The original image came about when Joe Biden was being sworn in to become the 46th President of the United States. However, all eyes were on one man, keeping warm, in his foldaway chair and wearing mittens. Sanders rapidly became the biggest Internet meme of 2021, thus far.

He's even found himself visiting Amity Island, but don't worry, no matter how many Jaws inspired images he appears in he'll never be an islander. He wasn't born there.

For those that don't know, Sanders, 79, is a US Senator from Vermont and a prominent name in American politics. It's a position he has held since 2006. He'd also probably be able to compare notes with Larry Vaughn, as Sanders was mayor of Burlington, Vermont, in 1981.

So, it's a case of when Bernie (and his mittens) met Bruce, Quint. Hooper and Brody and the rest of the Jaws clan.
