SHARK MOVIE ‘BULL SHARK’ FREE TO WATCH ON YOUTUBE

It’s only February and we’re already talking about the second shark movie of 2022. January saw ‘The Requin’ aka ‘From Below’, underwhelming shark movie fans with its poor acting, sub-par CGI and overall production with one viewer exclaiming “No bite, an empty chump bucket.

Looking to improve 2022’s shark movie offering is director Brett Bentman and V Movies, the fastest growing YouTube Channel for full length movies, ‘Bull Shark’, tells the story of a hungry shark that begins feeding on unsuspecting lake goers in a small Texas town.

The central character is Texas Game Warden Spencer Timms played by (Thom Hallum), who gets a call from a buddy Nolan who has something to show him - a dead shark who’s teeth Nolan plans to sell and make a fortune.

Spencer doesn’t want a panic on his hands, especially during an election year (sound familiar?) and tells Nolan to get rid of the deadly fish - so he dumps the shark in the local lake. Unbeknownst to Nolan and Spencer, the shark was pregnant and the species is a Bull Shark - that can live in both fresh and salt water.

The hungry pup takes out a lone female swimmer (rolls eyes) and puts the season’s tourist trade at risk. This is basically the plot of Jaws in a Texas lake featuring a different species

Goofs: While ‘Bull Shark’ isn’t the most accurate shark movie ever made, the coroner says that the tooth of the bull shark that killed the girl was left in her body because the shark was young, and its jaw was still developing. But sharks of all breeds loose teeth on an almost daily basis, regardless of their maturity..

Not the worst shark movie ever. That title would probably go to the other 2022 shark movie The Requin. Bull Shark seems to be in a competition to top it but just falls short.

Bull Shark didn’t disappoint. It’s the best shark movie since Deep Blue Sea. Maybe the best one since Jaws. People have to understand that this movie isn’t made on a Hollywood budget. Not even close. If you can understand that then you can know what your going to see a great shark movie done well on a budget of nothing. Good job to this team.

Bull Shark is not only a hilarious takedown of political corruption but also a surprisingly refreshing rumination on family and fatherhood.
